Cons

The company is growing and adding new contracts constantly which is great! They need to ensure they grow their back office support to be able to continue the quality service provided now to their customers and employees.

The people were great. Pay was great, health benefits and employee portal, all the admins at HQ and management were all great.

Cons

Biggest con was the prime on a big contract and SMS didnt seem to have a say in much.
