* Easy to get hired. * A lot of employees leave for much higher paying jobs at data centers. * I find the job very enjoyable.

Cons

* High turnover rate * Can range from very busy to very quiet day by day, so there's not a lot of consistency in the work. * Most employees will stick to one service type, and it won't always be glamorous or teach you things. * The training entirely depends on your shift, so it can range from very good to very poor.
