Pros
The atmosphere in the offices is very positive. There is a great recycling program. Employees do feel valued verbally even if the wages they earn aren't reflective of that.
Cons
The company cuts corners that should sometimes not be cut, such as wages and facilities issues. Their turnover rate is the highest it's been in the years I've worked here. This is unfortunate because even the most loyal employees have to accept outside employment offers to obtain breathing room financially.
