Pros

Insurance and 401k package are better than industry standard. People work here are nice and friendly.

Cons

Top managements are still holding narrowly Asian mindset and eyes on bottom line only. This makes the working condition of the company worse every year. To say money, labor force was reduced more than 50% and no AC for warehouse and...etc.

Best Health Insurance plan available if full time salaried employee, the company pays an incredible amount towards the insurance, and the employee pays very little.

Cons

Great health insurance comes at the expense of very low salary; and the very low salary leaves employees feeling underappreciated. SMS also EXTREMELY micro-managed in nearly every area.
