Lots of OT, steady work, no layoffs, busy production environment, fun HP management team and we have to follow the company rules. Good pay increase

Cons

KPI based difficult to get work done daily with crappy none working parts. Other dept employees allowed to not follow the company policies warehouse people do whatever

Pros

Free food on Sundays, rewarding overtime workers that worked that day. They make the holidays a bit special with raffles and I believe a party when COVID wasn’t an issue.

Cons

Overworked & understaffed! Management could be better and so could the supervisors. Had a harassment issue and supervisor wasn’t very supportive. He was trying to defend the other person doing the harassing. Favoritism is a problem and not all workers do the same amount of work even with the same job title.
