Excellent experience in learning all aspects of the accounting cycle in a manufacturing environment. Very dedicated employees in accounting group and good systems in place. Company was always working towards building better systems to streamline work. Helpful subordinate and upper management co-workers who were eager to answer any questions and never passed judgement if you didn't understand something. Annual meetings for discussion points were helpful in standardizing processes or completing tasks more efficiently.

Cons

Workload was hard to balance when new responsibilities were given and other responsibilities also had to be completed.
