The pros are very few. * You can learn from the co-workers but don't expect much from management.

Cons

* No training procedure for GETs. *There is culture of give less and take more. *Things are totally unsystematic. *If you are Btech and from good institute and fresher, you will definitely miss value of your qualification because organisation is unclear about your vision.
