Pros
The parent office in Germany is trying to make it a 1 company so the differences between locations aren’t as hindering as they are. New global platform is supposed to roll out fall of 2023. There is an annual bonus but that depends on the co performance for the last year overall and your position.
Cons
Lack of diversity. More women are leaving than being hired. Work from home is dependent on each manager so some are 2 days per week some are 2 days per month. Salary is not keeping up with current cost of living as well as reward for your work. They use the annual bonus in April to compensate for low salary but that based on some complex math that no one knows how it’s determined. Some of us are short staffed and over worked but positions are not being approved or added.
