In the Mokena IL building if you are a minority don’t waste your time applying here. This is a all white predominant employer, and the employees aren’t shy to let you know that your not welcomed. Racial slurs and comments left and right however the office staff are kind and respectful. The shop manager is however black, but being the shop manager he obviously gets treated differently by the employees for fear of getting fired. The other only black individual there happens to be the shop managers family member whom he failed to disclose and yet introduced him as a “former co-worker” so nobody messes with him, again for fear of getting fired. Every minority hasn’t made it passed their probation time. I was brought in and first couple of weeks my “trainee” didn’t teach me a damn thing, his excuse? He didn’t know the job himself, than he takes off for two weeks and when he gets back the machine breaks down and I’m left running another machine by myself, yet I was told “I showed no interest” lmao! this place is a KKK White supremacy employer only and the employees vow to keep it that way.
