Money and work conditions Very good. Food was provided along with several gyms on site!

Cons

Supervisors are Not competent making for hostile work environment. Management felt it was best to belittle and harass supervisors to get compliance when LE managers understand that compliance can be voluntary WHEN your men like to work for you!

Lots of good people - the workers( only a couple good people in leadership positions though- the rest of the leadership is horrible)

Cons

Corporate leadership/ lack of it, takng every opportunity to cut pay/ bonuses/ find ways to not give bonuses, letting the state dept personnel dictate how personnel are managed hiring / firing etc

- Great pay - Plenty of time to do online college while you are at work

Cons

- Although most of my co-workers were great people, management lacked a lot - The promotion process is bases completely on "Time on Contract," this causes a lesser qualified individual to get promoted before others simply because the slipped through the cracks longer than others
