Good for learning like an institute. You are going and learning then come back. No salary. Your career going to hell.

There are no career. I suggest, don't join here for your better future.

Many learning opportunities and a vast trove of cutting edge technologies, Get to work on client projects on latest technology to improve the efficiency, No barriers to explore on new technology, Good working environment, more that 90% of employees are placed in best companies when they leave (with the experience you gain from softpath technologies)

Cons

there are few corns but I have seen those getting streamline.
