      Pros

      Lunch provided every day, solid managers, cold brew/kombucha on tap, above-average salary, feel like I'm learning alot.

      Cons

      PTO - I would give SOLV 5 stars if they changed their PTO policy. 8 hrs/month is not up to standard and I believe employees deserve more.

      Pros

      The onboarding and training are top notch. Solv provides you all of the skills you need to advance in your career. They have the best work/home life balance I have experienced in my career.

      Cons

      I do travel quite a bit which can be very hectic without the proper planning. What I have found to help, is reach out to you other team members and learn from them on options that make the travel more manageable. They have been invaluable resources to me.
