Business Outlook
Pros
Recruiting department is ran very well. The team they have is wonderful, the managers are great to work with. I learned a ton about recruiting from the managers and director.
Cons
Not a lot of work coming in. Micro-managing from the top leadership, lot's of direction change. Lots of turn over among PMs, PMs get worked to the bone and leave. I heard stories (2nd hand) of screaming and yelling at employees from CXO level leadership, haven't seen it in person.
