Pros

At first the company seems military friendly but after two month you notice how each idea seems to be put forwarded ! Military personal are welcomed and battle overseas experience wanted!

Cons

The turn over and lack of respect of manager to director level soon becomes unmanageable - most don't last longer than 3-4 months! I went on active duty and we settled out f court!

Pros

Decent benefits. Some departments are more easygoing than others. If you're lucky, you could make a friend or two along the way.

Cons

If someone above you doesn't like you, you're toast. Employee turnover is high for two reasons - poor management and their I-don't-really-care-what-you-think attitude. They like to represent themselves as a "family" company and stress they wouldn't be where they are without the people who work for them. but then they hire managers who drive knowledgeable workers away. I lost count of how many people left who knew their jobs but weren't given the chance to do them. Managers who think they know everything come in, make changes, and then leave. New ones come in and you're doing something new or have gone back to the way it was done before. Repeat. Total chaos. A shame, because there are some managers who really cared but were gone in a blink. Oh, and stay away if you know your stuff. Management won't see it - or maybe they will and get scared it will show their shortcomings. Either way you won't last long. But if you are considering working there treat it more as a one-on-one business transaction of a days work for money earned and less of a professional learning experience. Unless you want to learn what not to do. Then again, if you are working toward a PhD in abnormal behavior in the workplace, you'll be in the right place.
