Not much room for growth. Especially if you start out at a junior level, they are more likely to hire people to start above you than let you grow into a higher role

Basically the way this company works is this. All the revenue is shared among the higher ups while the lower people do the grunt work. If you ever fall out of line or bring up something negative in the company you are immediately released. They keep the hiring process going like a slaughter house. A constant cycle in which the top tenish big-wigs remain.
