      good salary, access to a lot of training materials

      load balancing of tasks in the company was unfair, getting to do other people's work, isn't that good at all.

      There were a lot of talented people on my office but of course they all left fast because of the company’s terrible culture.

      Cons

      Upper management is completely disconnected from employees (and reality). Middle management often micro-manage and treat people like disposable robots. No appreciation to employees or effort. Overall the company has a terrible culture. They squeeze people and expect the person to be always available for peanuts. No appreciation, no advancement, nothing. Don’t waste your time and skills on this place.
