Small to medium sized company (Goldilocks zone) that is mover in the government contracting industry. Management is concerned with providing a friendly and stable work environment to all. Benefits are on par with industry. If you show your value you will be promoted. Work- Life balance is possible.

Cons

Company is still reconciling foundation business with the newer vision of IT and cyber. Yearly employee performance and evaluation process and tools are subpar. Government contracting often leads to projects with a high amount of scope creep and employees, without well defined goals, tend to get burned out.
