      Pros

      Lower level staff dedicated but burn out quickly. Management is aware but slow to move and flip flop on decisions. It leaves a sense of distrust

      Cons

      Senior management does not respect staff experience. Frequently will not include the staff member who is the producer in the whole picture of the requirement then point blame on the lower staff member as a scape goat

      Pros

      The company has been growing significantly over the last few years, both in revenue and in personnel. This is a positive sign for the future, especially considering the current U.S. Government contracting industry that is in general decline. The leadership is forward thinking which is largely the reason for this upward trend. The future is looking bright for the company.

      Cons

      The general administrative functions of the company are not growing in tandem with the revenue and personnel. I've witnessed some steps forward, but also some steps backward. Investing in knowledgeable, hard workers with passion and drive to lead by example is key to ensuring healthy growth and important in order to meet revenue and project growth.
