Management is stuffy and has a complete disrespect for anyone directly below them or further down the totem pole - which is very unbecoming of a small company. HR has a complete disregard for employee safety and continually brushes off any advice given to them concerning management, employee concerns, etc. Completely unprepared for a DCAA audit. Complete disregard for employee work life balance. Executive management ignores cases of fraud and noncompliance. Continually losing contracts because they don't bill, cases of embezzlement, or just complete disregard for the customer. Management refuses to reward hardworking employees and then have the gull to act surprised and offended when they chose to leave the company. Incredible turnover. In one case, 5 people quit in 1 week.

The owners and some of upper management are a stark reminder of why this company is barely staying afloat. The founder of SOSi was a trailblazer, an example for women everywhere who believe anything is possible and dreams do come true in America. Her son is another story. He has just about destroyed this company's favorable domestic and global reputation. Micro managing every aspect of the business. Insulting clients, government officials and the people who work for the greater good of SOSi. The shear number of talented, intelligent people who have left or were unjustly terminated is a testament to the short sighted, selfish, arrogant mentality of the CEO.
