      Pros

      My boss and I got along pretty well, benefits package was okay. Improvements were being made for training.

      Cons

      Low wages, limited opportunities for growth and advancement, especially for front line workers, lead to a rather dismal environment. At an airport location (and probably others) the 24/7 nature of the business is a grind, especially when it's almost impossible to build team spirit with non-work related activities. Staffing was skeletal, with little or no backup. Turnover was high. I spent about half my time hiring and training people, who tended to leave within a year. Equipment investment was low and slow.

      Pros

      Job was very flexible with hours, days and shifts. Coworkers made the days go by, good culture. Not a lot of work and was fairly well staffed

      Cons

      Management would watch from parking garages and cameras, making sure coworkers wouldn’t talk to each other, or go on phones. Managers like to hide and surprise people out of nowhere and then talk behind backs about performance. Some of the least professional experience from a management team, while they also faced pressure from corporate.

      Pros

      Not much location 4300, nw 14th Street Miami FL there are good people who work there. Good starting pay you last long if you stay out of everything and the drama there.

      Cons

      It's a revolving door they keep one toxic employee and everyone that works with the employee gets terminated, a lot of nepotism and weak management base no solid foundation.
