      When they furloughed me during Covid and I was able to reconsider my options while not overworking for peanuts and lack of respect.

      terrible work hours, consistent worker turnover, zero breaks with zero compassion

      None because all the good talent left.

      Cons

      If I had to describe this place in a few words I would say it’s a bunch of chickens running in circles trying to monkey patch problems instead of finding long term sustainable solutions. It’s a “boys” club type company (not just males, but more so in terms of culture). Lots of favoritism and promotions to those who kiss the behinds of the executives and SVP’s. Company is run by a bunch of old men who think they are a tech company which is hilarious. Not a good place if you are smart because you will want to jump off the 77th floor of the office building. Avoid.
