      Good potential, but limited opportunities

      Pros

      Diverse staff from many backgrounds, you'll get to work with some excellent people. The best benefit will be the relationships built with co-workers, and the work place atmosphere. Good benefit options, for full time staff. Good tip potential for valet drivers and attendants. Good advancement for low and mid-level positions.

      Cons

      Company vision and atmosphere looks good on paper, but varies greatly depending on location. Locations and regions tend to be siloed, with little sense of comradery outside of your specific location. Management positions could have better work-life balance & compensation. Limited advancement potential for upper management. Average salary that is adequate for single households, but not enough to support a family. Many customers are rude, argumentative, etc. and treat frontline staff poorly.
