      Pros

      Work is easy and not a difficult job. Good company, with room advance. (If you stick with it, you can move up in the company.)

      Cons

      Lacks synergy. A lot of old school thinking. More paperwork than paperless. Too much customizing. Lack consistency and planning. Even though job is easy, pay is not enough for a good employee.
