      Pros

      Autonomy. Good compensation. Largest parking company with strong market presence.

      Cons

      Lack of support and management development, meaning you're essentially on your own. Publicly traded company puts shareholder value above employee satisfaction. Managers spend more time doing administrative tasks ie AP, payroll, safety protocols, paperwork, Etc in order to save money rather than concentrating on their client relationships and operational duties.

      Had a view of the beach , that's pretty much it. I'm serious.

      1. Low pay - little incentive to thrive in the business low motivation through the Organization 2. Nepotism Breathes and Rules in some branches of this Organization. All my Hard Work and Hustle for nothing , just to have someone who kisses the supervisors behind all day get more hours and a promotion ! 3. Complete lack of support from Management when problems arise . Anything to get the " Next Contract" I'll stop there. wow that felt so good to get off my chest. Oh yes there's more.
