      Pros

      There are talented and good people in the mid-lower management levels. Lots of potential to tap there. Operationally, big push to move beyond traditional parking business for growth.

      Cons

      Corporate headquarters (Chicago Support Office) environment is cold, unfriendly, stand-offish, with an uninviting atmosphere. Uncomfortable and stressful. Lacks passion. Secretive environment. Reorganizes often.
