Pros

-You are not micromanaged. -The contact center is laid back. -Management are cool and very down to earth. You can be very open with them. -You get a raise every year -The job is easy. You communicate with customers through email and take a couple calls.

Cons

None with the contact center, but other departments barely speak to you and kinda act like their better than you.

Pros

Some departments offer work from home opportunities. Location is perfect for commuters.

Cons

Under the new CEO, the idea of treating co-workers like family is gone, the idea of caring about employees is gone. Good leadership is leaving, while poor leadership is being brought in. Some executives seem to have a sense of entitlement.
