Pros
The people I work with are great, well most of them. Corporate on the other hand is another beast altogether. It's not that they are "evil" or "mean" or any different from any other corporation. Same rules, same bean counters. So in that way they are average. No real salary pros unless your above a facility manager.
Cons
Constant, I call them "sue protection sheets" that everyone has to sign. So if something happens they can say, you signed a sheets saying you knew to look out for slippery spots or whatever it is. I get the sue happy country we live in. Maybe I feel like every year I get older and every year I'm treated more and more like a toddler. This goes for the majority of the corporate work force peons like me.
