      Pros

      Some departments offer work from home opportunities. Location is perfect for commuters.

      Cons

      Under the new CEO, the idea of treating co-workers like family is gone, the idea of caring about employees is gone. Good leadership is leaving, while poor leadership is being brought in. Some executives seem to have a sense of entitlement.

      Pros

      All of my co-workers are very nice and easy to work with. Supervisor's work along side you. Most of the people that ride the shuttle are nice and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Pay isn't enough for the required skill set. Equipment is old and outdated and often has issues. No pension although they offer 401K but you don't make enough to put into it.

      Ability to work with little or no supervision as a result of working for a professional that understand and knows the business.

      Cons

      Lack of direction/vision when it comes to the overall objective of the industry. A lack of understanding of what it takes to compete and win deals.
