      Pros

      A few of the people were really nice to work with. Remote work was an option for a while after Covid.

      Cons

      Low pay. A lot of people there can not be trusted to tell the truth about anything. They have been bought out three times and reorganized/rebranded 5 times while I was there. This makes 8 name changes. Not stable. Entire departments get laid off with zero notice.

      It is what you make it. It's an easy job on all levels

      Cons

      Bully like/harassment behavior Cliquishness Shorting employees their hours and money Made up rules on the dime, not in the handbook Invisible Management, unless you're being fired or asked to take on more work with no extra pay Sudden schedule changes with no regard for personal life or work life balance. The "Customer Service" the customers and Management EXCPECT isn't necessary for the 1 to 2 minute transaction exchange. You will be called a slur or out of your name and expected to still help that very same individual
