Pros
Easy job, good team work, you can also work independently, and you learn something new. Once you finish with your assignments, you have the freedom to guard the parking lot. Benefits are okay, free parking, they have you rolling in nice pick up trucks with built in aux cable.
Cons
If management doesn't like you, they will set you up for failure. Customers will spit at your face for charging them the penalty fee. They will hire anyone even if you got the brain of a gold fish. The pay isn't fair, they do recognition based on attendance rather than performance.
