Pros
I do not see any best reason. I just came to work here because I need the job.
Cons
Training is a total disaster. There is basically no official training system, and they throw you to fight into the rink without any knowledge whatsoever. If you like to work in an environment where managers walk around you to look what you are doing - as if there was enough time to do anything else - it makes us feeling like in the 1900´s where managers used to treat workers. The only thing that is missing is the whip. It is a constant surveillance and it makes us feel kind of overwhelmed. Managers should be dressed differently. They should made them wear an outfit according to their position and not as a regular employee. Something that makes them to stand out from the rest. If they one day want to get an ISO certification for quality control, they must arrange the command center for safety. All cables behind the computers are untied and loose. Bilingual people are not getting a higher salary as the rest of the companies. People who work a partial night shift, do not get during the few hours considered as "night shift", the salary as a night shift person. The uniform is ugly.
