Pros

Sp+ is nice to work for because in my experience the manager Greg , Tim Smith, Krizzia and Alex really care about providing excellent service. They support us in every way possible. They all literally run with us. They plan carefully for all events.

Cons

I really can’t think of anything that I’d consider a downside.

Pros

It is nice working environment. I get along well with the other valet drivers. The other valet drivers is a good role model. They are respectful, careful, and good listeners. I enjoy parking & retrieve customers cars.

Cons

I don’t like that the facility managers have the valet drivers train the other valet drivers. Why? Because we have so much customers that come in the hospital and we don’t be having time to train them because we have to greet the customers and retrieve their vehicles. It’s a lot of time consuming. The facility managers can just show them where cars are needed to be parked. It’s not the valet drivers responsibility to train the other valet drivers to show them where the car is park at different places that they not familiar of. This can be improve at SP+ is the management. The management should be more aware of preventing the valet drivers to park vans and trucks in tight spots. Last week, I went to a very narrow parking structure to retrieve a customer vehicle. When I seen the vehicle I realized that it was park in a very tight spot. The van was parked so close between the blue colon and the truck. I felt confident comfortable of getting the vehicle out okay until I accidentally stripe swipe the van from the blue colon while trying to avoid hitting truck that was park on the other side of the van. I was upset and frustrated that what I did to a customers vehicle. The management followed a report and it was covered. I knew the valet driver who park the van and I was going to tell him what happened and to tell him in the future that he can’t park in tight spots. Unfortunately. I didn’t get to explain this issue because my assistant manager jumped into the conversation and told me to go home. I was upset and frustrated that my assistant manager had ignored of what I was going to explain to the valet driver that park the van. I was trying to do what was right to not have these type of accidents happen consistently but my assistant manager ignored thoughts of what I was about to address my issue to the valet driver who parked the van in a tight spot. At the end of the day, I told my facility manager about it and she understood my cause and thoughts about the situation. I did like how my facility manager handle the situation because she was understandable and she understood what I was trying to do what was right to not ignore this issue.
