      Pros

      You get a pay check twice a month but it won’t cover all your bills.

      Cons

      There are so many better jobs out there from salary and benefits to management at all levels. Upper management can’t be bothered with us peons. Go work for a company who values their employees. The fact that SP+ is losing contracts speaks volumes. Client are starting to catch on to the shady business practices.

      -Lack of communication from MGMT -MGMT plays favorites so if wanting OT they will choose who they like instead of first come first serve -Dead end job, meaning no real path for growth -
