      If there's a problem, you have freedom to just fix it. A lot of opportunities to grow technically.

      Constrained to a max 4% raise that requires huge justifications.

      Pros

      Great people to work with! Most people can't get help directly from the CFO herself when they need it. Very collaborative. We had daily/weekly meetings to discuss progress and work load. Your strengths are appreciated and you are encouraged to think outside the box. Great location, great place to work!

      Cons

      It's next to social security so parking sometimes is hard. Other than that none :)
