      Monday thru Friday scheduling thats it.

      Cons

      Horrible pay Management doesn't care about you or even bothers to learn your name. The particular store I was at the manager cared more about being friends with his staff than he did managing them so naturally they took advantage of the system. Pay is horrible no room for advancement Benefits suck Little to no pay increase even if you tell them your leaving. STAY AWAY, GO WORK FOR ABC OR SOMEONE ELSE.

      Worst decision my Family has made.

      Pros

      My commute was relatively short.

      Cons

      No structure. Lied about pay. Endless turnover. Skeleton crew of 5 people running $8,000,000 in sales. Missed budget 1 time in 3 years… was threatened with termination about once a quarter. Commission structure is literal garbage. Never received my first or last paycheck after quitting.
