Company is driven by financial heads that have never worked within a manufacturing facility. Company does not develop young professionals in rotational/leadership development programs and does not create career paths within the organization to continue to develop individuals and close the gap on skills required for given career path. Exclusive male dominated group that provides opportunities for individuals of a particular educational institutions.

Unfortunately the company is only concerned about the bottom line and not their employees. Sr. leadership to CEO are very disengaged from their employees.
