Extremely poor leadership from corporate to site level, especially in the hydraulics and marine pump division. Executives made terrible decisions regarding the restructuring of divisions. Most low-level employees were left to struggle with minimum to no resources. Expect long hours (and weekends) if you’re in production and verbal abuse from customer service/product management.
Site leadership made sure to ignore HR complaints and ethics violation submissions. Employees are told to just hang in there. The culture has gotten more toxic over the past year or so. As a result, employee turnover is high. Most sites won’t have much of future between their locations and leadership, young talent won’t join. Those who do, won’t stick around. In five years, the sites will be defunct or nonexistent.
