      Cons

      Working hours can be quite long on a regular basis - from early mornings to late evenings and some weekends depending on the role. Health benefits have improved, but are still limited and expensive.

      THE best paying job in both benefits and wage for cnc machining in the area. They also actually care about your health and safety.

      Cons

      *some* of the management can be deaf to complaints and criticism about policies and programs implemented. Especially if it was their idea.
