The people are very friendly and the office environment is good for a small company.

Cons

You will not get any proper training or much support. The company has not set procedures or processes to follow and their core bases of their systems are out of date. Its a very stressful / frustrating environment to work in.

No corporate culture, poor benefits. Intimidating team leaders who do not have any knowledge about how it is to manage people. Poor leadership. Impossible to get a payrise unless if you give your resignation letter. Negative working environment, high turnover. Employees are only seen as a cost.
