      Inadequate training for new incoming remote employees. Inability to support and help employees navigate new role.

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, overall treatment of employees is really well, paid sick time, PTO, values employee safety very much

      Cons

      Always someone new in management so nothing is really organized and there's never a solid plan for anything, bad training procedures, constant miscommunication between shifts and everyone in general, management refuses to be involved in any type of employee conflict they tell you to "figure it out", management refuses to fire people even if they're problematic to the point where entire departments are destroyed entirely.

      Great company to work for. Also pays well. The morning shift has been a great fit for me .

      Some things are not organized but, they are being worked on to improve the employment experience.
