Very Knowledgeable people, Stable Environment, Management expects you to perform and leaves you to your job.

Cons

The vision for the future is short, no one looks past the current quarter its all about meeting corporate's quarterly expectations. Shop floor management doesn't do whats the best/most efficient for the company, its whats easiest.

Ability to work on a multitude of projects interacting with a variety of cross functional groups Work life balance at times.

Cons

Cost cutting and quarter to quarter mentality. Work life balance on projects can be challenging. Better not upset senior managers Bc they will run you off/out.
