Professional people from all over the world, modern, co-workers willing to train you so that you can enjoy flexible scheduling for family needs and things like that.

Cons

Dependent on email to avoid blame internally rather than add value for customers. Due to the number of people let go, it is safer to document that you told someone else about the problem in multiple emails and emails are overused. Functions are so fragmented that you may not be able to resolve a simple issue from end to end without multiple levels of approval or you lack program access for no apparent reason.

SPX is a job with good pay, opportunities for promotion, good benefits, good working hours. Another plus is the various forms of communication concerning Safety topics.

Cons

SPX can be a stressful and high pace job sometimes. This is not a job for everyone, but for those who thrive off of pressure.
