Clean, both office and manufacturing employees were friendly with good senses of humor

Cons

I was there for 2 years and in that time they had at least 3 different Presidents - as a result everything seemed like it was always in a state of flux. Hard working manufacturing employees - but unengaged leadership prevented implementation of valuable programs.

Very great people to work with, and doing very innovative things from an IT perspective to go in the right direction.

Cons

At times the work/life balance could be extremely tough. The benefits were no where near on par with other large organizations of the same caliber.
