      Family like office culture, good training, they follow healthy work culture mixed with vivid location people around.

      Some challenges that one may face will only be the leadership, one has to be confident enough in taking decisions.

      Pros

      Hardly ever a dull moment. No construction project is the same. Lots of challenges. Room for advancement. Management actually seems to care about helping you advance within the company. Departments seem to look after their own well.

      Cons

      Some mild politics which is the case at every company. Some hostility between departments. When a project is going bad it can be hell for all parties involved. Sometimes overloaded with tasks.
