Lots of Red tape. Decisions may be getting made from Corporate, but communication is delayed quite a bit.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Improper training. Inequality in pay and retaliation for discussion of same with coworkers. Unsafe work environment. Requiring asbestos cleanup without proper PPE, i.e., respirators. Improper termination process, i.e., not following procedures.
