      Pros

      Dozens and dozens of hours of online workplace HR training. HR was never actually involved or helpful aside from sending the correct training links after 5 faulty attempts. Managers are the "I'll see what I can do" type, yet need reminding of basic issues important to all employees.

      Cons

      5 "managers" for every 4 tasks Growing company means daily infrastructure is always changing. Gossip, alcohol, workplace relationships, politics are all far too common - especially involving senior managers. Hopefully the environment changed for the better,

      coworkers become like family due to hours and demand 401k match Proactive in COVID

      Cons

      Leadership runs meetings by intimidation Always on your toes when you speak with Management, words will be twisted President of Cooling will berate and embarrass employees public and in front of peers Working on company holidays is not uncommon. Day off does not mean day off
