Family like culture. Job security.

Cons

No room for advancement. Very little recognition of work performed. Always short staffed and asked to take on more work than humanly able to complete. Extremely high stress work environment.

The exceptional people here at SPX - they are amazing to work with! The company is growing and there are lots of opportunities for career growth - there is definitely a focus on developing employees. The company values of Integrity, Accountability, Excellence, Teamwork, and Results are apparent at all levels of the organization.

It is a lean organization and sometimes workload is heavy.
