While we had various engagement activities through the pandemic, we understand that our teams were not able to make the in person connections that they would have been able to make under normal circumstances. SPX Has a Lot of Smart People Who Focus on the Work

There are a lot of very smart people who work at SPX. But they don’t spend a lot of time trying to show how smart they are. They spend their time leveraging how smart they are to solve problems and execute on projects and initiatives.

Cons

No significant cons. However, given a flat organization, each role must taken on significant responsibility (not necessarily a bad thing if you want to develop your career and make an impact). But this must be balanced with appropriate downtime.
