      Pros

      Being in the power sector and having a nice variety of customers to serve. There are potential if you sure part of that small town culture that dominates.

      Cons

      Need to be diverse in culture to be able to aquire more talents to modernize the design process and data collection

      Good Pay , Good Benefits, Overall easy place to work once trained.

      Cons

      Supervisors are in my opinion not qualified. They hire out of shop for supervision with no SPX Experience on the floor . Proof of the qualifications were on Wi. Jobnet back in Aug. 2015 .Overtime is mandatory and they do not follow procedure. in my area .to many double standards , one day its ok , next day may be different. The place lost its ethics and the human factor of a company. of course this is only my opinion
