SPX is a great company to work for. They have been growing rapidly through a number of acquisitions over the past several years. There are career development opportunities available to anyone who wants to learn and do new things - there is never a boring day. SPX's focus on diversity and inclusion is genuine. They actively seek out ways to improve in this area and all SPX employees have received D&I training for topics such as exploring unconscious bias. An all employee annual survey is used to track progress and identify other areas of improvement. SPX has made a conscious effort to enhance their benefit programs to include things like parental, caregiver, and volunteer leave programs, flexible PTO, hybrid work schedules, and employee well-being initiatives. But the best part of working at SPX is the amazing people that you get to work with every day.
